Great location for me, within walking distance to restaurants. I've been here for afternoon tea a few times and I loved it. The building has a charming classic style, and my room was well-appointed and cozy with a nice 

Staff were excellent. The grounds and facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed the swimming pool as it was a good size.

We made a very late booking and I dont think that they were expecting us. The room we were given had windows looking directly on to roofs so was very claustrophobic. The room we moved to was smaller but had better view. However the beds were very, very soft. Our biggest complaint was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Rooms that allow pets came equipped with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV, and the bar served a variety of delicious breakfast options.

I really enjoyed my special weekend stay at Danesfield House Hotel And Spa. The location was amazing, close to a lovely local pub and various areas. The restaurant and bar offered a good choice of brilliant meals, making 

The ambience - there were so many little places where you can feel free to wander in the grounds, and beautiful rooms and corners to sit in. It was comfortable, light and the spa pool was amazing.

The washbasin did not drain well!
